Client Reviews:- 1) I started my therapy in January’23 and for my first session I had pretty much no expectations. From the people I know I’ve always heard mixed reviews about therapists and how a bad therapist worsened their situation. My first session happened pretty smoothly. At first I was confused as to what to talk about and what not but slowly Ms Divyangana eased me out into the session. She looked on to each of my problems separately and did not rush me through, even if I was going a little overtime. 2) I always used to feel anxious before my sessions because talking about things that were then happening was a tiresome task and I tend to forget things with a clouded mind. I always used to enter my sessions confused with a heavy feeling and left it with a reasonable answer to my problems. After a few sessions I started feeling like I was talking to a friend. I still used to be super anxious before the session but I knew I’ll come out of it feeling better.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or rescheduling of the session needs to be informed 6 hours prior to the session (except for emergency cases). In the case of delayed intimation, the session charges shall not be reimbursed. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to show in your account after we issue refund on any cancellations.
